When: Thur 18th March 6pm - 8pm

Where: Sandridge SLSC

Why: To improve your paddling technique

Session timetable:

6pm arrive and get on the water
6am - 6:10pm warm up and introduction to (technique coach)
6:10pm - 6:20pm paddling technique drills
6:20pm - 6:50pm video or forward, backward and side-ward paddling
6:50pm 7pm warm down and boats away
7pm - 8pm TV play back of all all video taken from 6:20pm - 6:50pm
7pm - 8pm video feedback and open discussion about kayak stroke with personal feedback on your stroke.
7pm - 8pm BBQ dinner and drinks supplied by PA (veg option also available)
